We’re expanding our commercial team in Reading, and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) who wants to learn fast, win big, and grow their career.

What You’ll Do
* Book high-quality meetings for our Business Development team
* Run smart outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, phone, and offline channels
* Research fintech, payments, iGaming, and financial-services companies
* Tailor messaging that cuts through and earns attention
* Own your pipeline and keep it sharp
* Support campaigns with our Marketing team and follow up on event leads
* Travel to attend tradeshows and meet prospects in person

What You Bring
* 0–3 years’ experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or anything that proves you can communicate and persuade
* Confidence, curiosity, and a strong work ethic
* Excellent communication skills — written and spoken
* A love for targets, momentum, and seeing the pipeline grow
* Hunger to progress into BDM/AE roles
