Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a rewarding opportunity to lead a children’s residential home? We are recruiting for a passionate leader to manage an EBD home in Wisbech, supporting vulnerable young people to achieve brighter futures.
The Role:
* Lead and manage all aspects of the children’s home in line with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
* Provide strong, supportive leadership to staff, creating a positive, therapeutic culture.
* Ensure high-quality, child-centred care with a focus on safeguarding and emotional well-being.
* Oversee care planning, compliance, budgeting, and staff development.
* Drive improvement, aiming for “Good” and “Outstanding” Ofsted outcomes.

Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
