Deputy Enablement Manager - (AWPO71)

Location: Lymington

Hours per week : 42 hours per week - (36 hours on shift and 6 hours of off rota admin per week)

Salary: £15.60 per hour

Employment Type : Permanent

Must be a driver with access to their own vehicle
Experience in an education setting or knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis would be desirable

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate, resilient, and highly experienced Deputy Enablement Manager to join our team in Lymington.experience in an education setting or knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis would be desirable please

The Deputy Enablement Manager Will

Work on rota directly supporting the people we support as well as provide coaching and mentoring to our teams of Enablement Assistants. This will include working across all shift patterns including days, nights, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and being on-call.
Work off rota ensuring our quality assurance processes are met, and upskilling the teams, completing supervisions, probations and appraisals, debriefs and welfare checks, delivering training, reviewing paperwork, supporting with transitions, providing a buddy system to other management teams, and generally supporting the Manager to effectively manage the teams in that geographical area. This split of time is flexible and will be dependent on the needs of the people we support.

Youll act as a role model and mentor to the team and facilitate the use of collaborative working and creative solutions to enable both them and the people we support to achieve individual goals and develop. Working in partnership with the people we support, their family, our specialist support teams and external agencies youll champion interactions, person-centred planning and implement support plans that improve the quality of everyday life for those we support.

PBS4 is a values led social care organisation, providing Neurodisability Services to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or behaviours that may challenge. We support people living in their own homes, with their own tenancies, and we utilise Positive Behaviour Support as the framework for the support we provide.
