As Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, managing high-value food tenders, and delivering measurable value through cost savings, risk mitigation, and innovation across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of category and sourcing strategies across food and beverage spend.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure best-in-class procurement delivery.
* Identify market opportunities and anticipate supply chain risks to maintain the company's market-leading performance.
* Mentor and support junior team members to ensure sourcing strategies align with business goals.
* Monitor commodity markets, assess risks, and collaborate with suppliers to develop mitigation plans.
* Ensure full compliance with sustainable sourcing practices, frameworks, and contracts.
Key Requirements:
* Proven end-to-end procurement experience within the food category.
* Strong strategic sourcing or category management background.
* Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
* Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings in a dynamic, fast-moving market.
* Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and suppliers.
