CFO Evolution - Community Support Worker -(Gloucester)
We have an exciting opportunity for CFO Evolution – Community Support Worker to join our team.
As a support worker, you will be responsible for duties for a caseload of participants in a community environment, starting with the initial assessment and continuing with them during their sentence. You will provide guidance and encouragement, with interventions delivered one-on-one and through group work to help participants overcome challenges, reintegrate into their communities, and exit the course. This initiative’s goal is to establish safe spaces where people who have undergone rehabilitation engage in a range of positive activities to increase social acceptance, improve general health, and develop the skills needed to meet daily obstacles.
Salary: £24,650 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Benefits include:

Key Responsibilities
* Meet individual performance targets and contribute towards meeting team targets in line with contractual requirements.
* Collaborate with volunteer peer mentors to manage your caseload and connect participants with resources for housing, substance use, health (physical and mental).
* Contribute to a learning environment enabling colleagues to develop their skills and share best practice.
* Ensure effective case management and coordination of risk with safeguarding of adults and children, including timely notification of concerns to the Probation Service and adherence to policies and procedures for risk management.
* Ensure all contractual targets are met.
Skills and Experience
* IAG Level 3 – desirable
* Experience managing a caseload of participants – desirable
* Knowledge of inputting and retrieving electronic data and maintaining computer-based information systems in an accurate and timely manner; experience in a target-driven environment
* Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to relate to people at all levels and in a variety of settings
* Ability to motivate and sustain engagement of individuals
