Job Description:

Quaker Houghton is a global leader in industrial process fluids, serving sectors like Aerospace, Automotive, and Medical.

This is a fixed-term/part-time role for approximately 12 months, covering maternity leave.

The role is based in Raglan, Gwent, Wales, working as part of a small team.


Tasks

* Managing customer enquiries and calls
* Providing administrative support
* Preparing quotations, assisting with orders and packing
* Following up on sales via mail and calls
* Market research, website management, and marketing
* Preparing customer and purchase documentation


Requirements

* Customer service experience (preferred)
* Numerical & commercial skills (preferred)
* Proficiency in MS Office (essential) & Sage 50

Part-time: 3-4 days weekly

Office-based role

Working hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
