Job Title: Partnerships Manager
We are supporting a well-established company based in Brighton in recruiting for a Partnerships Manager on a permanent basis. The salary ranges from £40k to £60k per annum (DOE), with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. This role offers flexibility of 30 hours per week, either as 4 long days or 5 shorter days.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing relationships, generating partnership income, and maximising engagement and retention opportunities.
2. Supporting staff and budget management.
3. Account management to ensure member experience and product/service quality.
4. Attending meetings and organising staff reviews to meet business targets and KPIs.
5. Ensuring partnerships comply with regulations such as Health and Safety and Data Protection.
6. Monitoring contracts and negotiating offers/deals with clients to maximise revenue.
7. Assisting the marketing team with plans, strategies, and approval of all marketing materials.
8. Handling complaints professionally and monitoring member satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
* Extensive account management experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in client meetings, both virtual and face-to-face.
* Willingness to travel within the UK for meetings and events (expenses paid).
