About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our dedicated team providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults with complex needs in a supported living environment. You will play a vital role in empowering individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting dignity, choice, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred support to adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and physical support requirements.

Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, medication administration (after training), meal preparation, and household tasks.
*
Support individuals to engage in community activities, education, employment, and hobbies.
*
Promote independence by encouraging decision-making and developing life skills.
*
Maintain accurate and timely records, including care plans, incident reports, and daily notes.
*
Work collaboratively with families, health professionals, and external agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
*
Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and all regulatory standards.
*
Contribute to a positive, safe, and respectful home environment.
About You
*
Previous experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential-full training will be provided.
*
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults to achieve their goals.
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
*
Patience, resilience, and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
*
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins/waking nights (if required).
*
Basic IT skills for record-keeping and training.
*
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
