Your new role
As Operations Manager (New Business), you will manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver operational excellence and identify opportunities for process improvement. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing client onboarding for lending and bridging finance products.
* Completing KYC and compliance checks accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
* Driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in operations or onboarding within financial services, ideally lending.
* Strong knowledge of KYC and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
