The Role
We are seeking a proactive, result-driven salesperson to join our SecurEnvoy team in Basingstoke. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities in the central and northern European region (excluding Germany, Austria, Hungary and Switzerland), delivering high-touch sales engagement to end users and collaborating closely with our channel partners.
Role Responsibilities
* Proactively prospect, identify, and engage new business opportunities across the region, targeting end users in need of secure multi factor authentication solutions.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) and effective inbound lead follow-up.
* Achieve a minimum renewals revenue retention rate from the existing customer install base.
* Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand customer pain points and position SecurEnvoy’s solutions.
* Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers (IT, Security, C-level) showcasing our value proposition.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals with mid-market and enterprise customers.
* Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to tailor campaigns, proposals, and proof-of-concepts for prospects.
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while maintaining strong profitability and customer satisfaction.
* Stay ahead of industry trends (cybersecurity, regulatory compliance) to position SecurEnvoy as a leader in MFA and Data Compliance.
* Achieve and exceed quarterly & annual sales targets, driving revenue growth across focused markets.
* Leverage our CRM (ZoHo) to track activities, update forecasts, and ensure accurate pipeline management.
What We're Looking For
* A new business hunter. Desire to close net new name business.
* Demonstrable success selling into the desired region
* Understanding of sales drivers for some if not all the following key industry sectors

* Multilingual skills are highly desirable.
