Our small but mighty branch in Fulham is the perfect place for someone newly into management to flourish- You might have experience working as a Duty Manager in a big pond, or you’ve been second in command as a Deputy Manager in a small pond… Joining Pho could be your organically perfect next step!

What Pho is looking for:
* Minimum x1 years’ Restaurant Management experience. Bar or restaurant, or a bit both
* Big passion for food! As part of our management team, you’ll be expected to learn everything about our fresh food.
* A people person ready to assist in staff training, development and rota scheduling
* Experience communicating with suppliers.
* Comfortable using different systems as part of your day-to-day. E.g. Acquire for stock ordering.
