The project: Our client is the utilities provider in the South‑East geographic area. Their purpose is to deliver services in an environmentally sustainable, economically beneficial, and socially responsible manner and create sustainable long‑term value for all.
Managing within capital delivery, the project manager drives collaborative teams to deliver multiple water and water recycling projects across the AMP8 programme, ensuring robust governance, risk, cost and change control, and effective engagement with clients and internal stakeholders.
You’ll Be Responsible For
* Managing end‑to‑end project delivery to agreed quality, time and budget.
* Managing design, contractor and consultant teams collaboratively.
* Maintaining robust governance, reporting and risk management.
* Overseeing contract administration and procurement processes.
* Ensuring regulatory, environmental and CDM compliance.
* Engaging effectively with clients, stakeholders and third parties.
* Driving continuous improvement, innovation and best practice.
You’ll Need To Have
* Experience in water or regulated infrastructure.
* Skilled in digital project and financial tools.
* Strong stakeholder, leadership and commercial capability.
* Professional membership and full UK driving licence.
