Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Role Overview:
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with students who require behavioural and emotional support
* Support pupils with ADHD, SEMH, and ASC needs
* Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing
* Deliver targeted interventions and behaviour strategies
* Work closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and inclusion teams
* Encourage academic and social development
* Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents
Ideal Candidate – Graduate Behaviour Mentor:
* Recent Psychology or Education graduate (or related discipline)
* Experience working with young people (e.g. mentoring, youth work, school support, volunteering)
* Understanding of safeguarding, special educational needs, and behaviour management
* Calm, empathetic, and proactive under pressure
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A desire to work in education, educational psychology, counselling, or youth work
