The role
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Retentions Advisor to join the team. This is a role where you’ll have the freedom to thrive — no high-volume auto-diallers, no micro-management, just the opportunity to build real conversations, influence, and provide the right solutions for customers.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
* Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails and other customer touchpoints
* Building rapport with existing customers and converting potential leads into loyal clients
* Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right products
* Playing a key role in driving brand growth and ensuring customer satisfaction
What we’re looking for
You’ll be proactive, self-driven, and confident in working with minimal supervision. To succeed in telesales, you’ll have a natural ability to influence, build relationships, and hold engaging conversations with people from all walks of life.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Previous experience in customer service or telesales (minimum 1 year preferred)
* Strong communication and rapport-building skills
* A target-driven mindset and positive attitude

This is an office-based role, working out of the Sheffield office. Unfortunately, part-time or remote options aren’t available. Pre-employment checks will be carried out as part of the onboarding process.
