Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an External Sales Engineer, located in Swansea. The External Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, conducting presentations, and providing technical support. Daily tasks include sales engineering, customer service, and effective communication to understand and meet customer needs. The engineer will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

 * Technical Support abilities and Customer Service experience
 * Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
 * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
 * Experience in Factory Automation or a related industry is a plus
