Wall 2 Wall Carpets are a trusted name in flooring across Bolton, supplying and fitting quality carpets and flooring to both retail and trade customers. We're growing fast and looking for a motivated Admin & Sales Support superstar to join our friendly team. If you're organised, customer-focused, and thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same - this could be the role for you!
What You'll Be Doing
* Taking calls and handling email enquiries from retail & trade customers
* Preparing and sending quotes / invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
* Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers to keep jobs on track
* Scheduling fitters and coordinating installation dates
* Helping customers in the showroom with product advice and purchases from time to time
What We're Looking For
* Experience in administration, sales support or customer service
* Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly manner
* Super organised with great attention to detail
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, email systems etc.)
* Background in flooring, home improvements, or trade (a bonus but not essential!)
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
