Café Supervisor - Day shifts Wellington-Somerset Contract: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £13.05 Hours: 40 per week A co-educational independent day and boarding school in Wellington, Somerset for pupils aged 3 to 18. Catering for 800 students and teachers with 100 boarders. We offer a cafe Enviroment for pupils, teachers & parents with many events held in the space This is a term time only contract. No split shifts Day time hours Working every other Saturday Sundays off Additional benefit of this location is free on-site parking, on shift meals. We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor to head our cafe team at one of our prestigious locations in Wellington-Somerset. You will ideally have previous experience of working within a fast-paced catering environment as a supervisor. You will enjoy what you do, working with a great team, for a company fanatical about food serving wonderful customers. No split shifts. Day time hours. Working every other saturday. Sundays off. Key responsibilities: Ordering stock. Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled. Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed. To support the team with serving customers, replenishing stocks, making hot drinks, clearing down (Barista skills essential). You will have the following skills: Excellent customer service skills Hospitality experience required An all-round team player Organised with attention to detail Knowledge / competencies: Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English. Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
