The Role: As a Behaviour and Inclusion Support Specialist, you’ll work across Key Stages 3 to 5, supporting students who present challenging behaviour or need additional emotional and academic support. You’ll be instrumental in creating strategies that promote positive behaviour, resilience, and access to learning.
