We are working with a leading Southeast London law firm for a Lawyer to join their Corporate team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a top-tier Corporate team, advising on a wide range of high-quality transactional and advisory matters. They will work on private M&A, private equity, venture capital fundraisings, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, and general corporate advisory work, often involving cross‑border elements and international clients.
They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across areas such as tax, finance, employment, and regulatory law to deliver complex transactions for a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, private equity‑backed businesses, and high‑growth companies.
Criteria:
* 2-4 years’ PQE
* Strong corporate background
* Excellent academics
* Interpersonal skills
* Research abilities
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as a team
