In this role of Teacher, you will provide high-quality teaching on a day-to-day basis, ensuring pupils continue to learn and thrive in the absence of their regular teacher. As a Teacher, your responsibilities will include: Delivering lessons across a range of subjects according to school plans and curriculum. Maintaining a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment. Assessing and monitoring pupils’ progress and providing constructive feedback. Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development. Liaising with teaching staff, support staff, and school leadership to ensure continuity of learning. To be successful in this role, you should: Hold QTS or a recognised teaching qualification. Have experience teaching in a UK school setting. Demonstrate excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills. Be flexible, confident, and able to adapt to different year groups and subjects. Hold an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one. Provide a full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any employment gaps over the last 10 years.
