This is an excellent opportunity to support pupils’ learning while ensuring lessons run smoothly in the absence of teaching staff. As a Cover Supervisor (CS), you will supervise pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive classroom environment, and support pupils to stay focused and engaged. Main Responsibilities: Supervise classes during planned lessons as a Cover Supervisor. Ensure pupils remain on task and complete set activities. Maintain classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Report on pupil progress and behaviour to teaching staff. Provide additional support to pupils where required. Requirements: Experience working with young people in a school or educational setting. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Confidence, adaptability, and a professional approach.
