Our client is a well established accountancy firm. They are looking to grow their Private Client Tax team with the appointment of a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager.
Description
* Manage a portfolio of private clients, ensuring their tax affairs are compliant and up to date.
* Provide expert advice on personal tax planning and related matters.
* Prepare and review self-assessment tax returns for individuals, trusts, and estates.
* Identify tax planning opportunities and offer practical solutions to clients.
* Support senior management in delivering complex tax advisory projects.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor.
* Assist with the training and mentoring of junior team members.
* Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and their impact on clients.
Profile
A successful Private Client Tax Assistant Manager should have:
* Relevant professional qualifications, such as ACA, ACCA, ATT or CTA.
* Proven experience in private client tax within the accountancy industry.
* A strong understanding of UK tax regulations and legislation.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
