ABOUT YOU
We are currently seeking someone who has a background in Food Service or Retail Food to join our global organisation as aQSR Retail Auditor and join us on a zero-hours contract to cover Edinburgh.
Required skills and experience:
1. Experience working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment alongside experience of being audited, or conducting audits, would be highly desirable
2. Ideally, have previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety, however, full training can be provided by our experienced team
3. Level 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageous
4. Level 2, 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification is advantageous
