Training & Adoption Coordinator
Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a Training & Adoption Coordinator to join our team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester.You will join us on a full-time basis as part of an initial 1-year fixed term contract with a view to progressing into a permanent role. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £32,725 to £44,275 per annum depending on experience.

As Training & Adoption Coordinator, the successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the effective adoption of Salesforce and related enterprise systems by delivering structured user training, maintaining enablement materials, and providing hands-on support to end users across the organisation.
Working closely with the Salesforce Support Manager, Business Analysts, and technical teams, the role focuses on practical delivery of training and user enablement, supporting system changes, onboarding new users, and acting as a deputy to the Salesforce Support Manager to help ensure continuity of service and a positive user experience.
This role is operational and delivery-focused, contributing directly to user confidence, data quality, and consistent system usage across a global humanitarian organisation.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Training & Adoption Coordinator:
7. Users are trained and confident in using Salesforce and related systems
8. High levels of system adoption following releases and enhancements
9. Reduction in avoidable support tickets through effective training and documentation
10. Training materials are current, accessible, and aligned to system changes
11. Positive user feedback on training quality and support responsiveness
12. Salesforce support services remain stable during the Support Manager’s absence
What we’re looking for in our Training & Adoption Coordinator:
Education:
13. Degree in Business, Information Systems, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
14. Salesforce certification (. Salesforce Administrator) is desirable but not essential.
15. Training, digital learning, or change-related certifications are an advantage.
Experience:
16. 2–4 years’ experience in a user training, system support, digital enablement, or application support role.
17. Experience delivering training for CRM or enterprise systems (Salesforce highly desirable).
18. Experience supporting users in a global or multi-location organisation is an advantage.
19. Demonstrated ability to translate technical changes into clear, userfocused guidance.
20. Experience working in a service or support environment with multiple priorities.
21. Exposure to not-for-profit or mission-driven organisations is beneficial.
Skills:
22. Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
23. Experience creating training materials using tools such as MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, video recording tools, and/or learning platforms.
24. Familiarity with support or ticketing tools (. Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Zendesk) is desirable.
25. Comfortable using collaboration and documentation tools (. SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, Salesforce Knowledge).
Language:
26. Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
27. Additional languages (. Arabic, French, and Urdu) are desirable in a global humanitarian context.
28. Passionate and knowledgeable about the international development sector
