Location: West Bromwich (Hybrid) | Salary: £24,297 | Hours: 35 hours per week – 08:30–18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:30–12:30 on Saturdays (rota basis)

Contract Type: Annualised


Overview

What you’ll be doing

* Providing a service so good that customers tell their friends and family about us.
* Being available when customers need us, via phone, email and live chat.
* Working on customers’ accounts with care and making outbound contact to keep them updated.
* Handling queries about our products and services with confidence.
* Helping customers whether they’re looking to buy a first home or grow savings.

* Tech-savvy with the ability to use a computer and navigate systems after training.
* A curious mindset, readiness to learn and grow, and openness to challenges.
