As a Wedding & Events Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in making this happen — leading your department to secure new business, create unforgettable packages, and deliver world-class experiences.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Generating and managing sales leads to optimise bookings for your venue
* Leading client show rounds, delivering unforgettable experiences, preparing tailored quotations, and securing bookings for once-in-a-lifetime events
* Collaborating with the Operations Team to provide smooth, detailed handovers for Weddings and Events
* Hosting and attending sales meetings with Senior Management and the wider sales team to focus on growth and opportunities
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, building strong, lasting relationships
* Managing your schedule to maximise opportunities within your venue
* Training, mentoring, and developing Wedding & Events Sales Coordinators (venue-specific)
* Producing accurate reports for the Senior Management and Support Team
* Taking on additional ad-hoc duties where required

Experience & Skills Required
* Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience (essential)
* Proven track record of high sales conversion rates (essential)
* Experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team (essential)
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload (essential)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (essential)
* Familiarity with RezControl (or similar PMS) systems (desirable)
