As a Head of Housekeeping at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the warm and homely surroundings that are important to delivering quality care and support. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. The role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to motivate your team to perform at their best, helping your care home be a shining example of high quality care.

As a Head of Housekeeping at a Barchester care home, you'll help to create the warm and homely surroundings that are important to delivering quality care and support. Leading a team of housekeeping staff, you'll ensure that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards. The Head of Housekeeping role demands excellent attention to detail, but we'll also rely on you to motivate everyone in your team to be at their best. Put simply, you'll help to make your care home a shining example of a high quality care environment.
About You
* Experience of housekeeping in a care home, hospital or hotel environment will be very advantageous for the role of Head of Housekeeping.
* Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
* A caring nature and good communication skills, as you'll often come into contact with staff, residents and their relatives.
