Job Description
Deliver and supervise effective administrative support to all employees within the school/ECC, and assist in providing efficient front-line service to service users. This role aims to promote, deliver, and integrate the Council’s key objectives, specifically relating to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.
Requirements
The duties of this post involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member for Regulated Work with these groups, or if already a member, to undergo a PVG Scheme Record Update, before a formal employment offer can be made. PVG records are constantly updated, and any relevant information disclosed will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

The Individual
This is a permanent, full-time, term-time position based within Drongan Primary School, Drongan. The hours are 35 per week, as directed by the Head Teacher.
The salary range is between £25,953 and £27,173 per annum for full-time hours. The actual salary for the term-time post is between £22,259 and £23,305 per annum.
