Our client, a well-established nursery in Farnham, is looking for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support in leading a passionate team and providing outstanding early years education and care. As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will an important role in supporting the Nursery Manager with both day-to-day operations and long-term planning. You will help lead, inspire and mentor a team of practitioners, ensuring the nursery consistently delivers high-quality childcare in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards. This position offers an excellent balance between hands-on involvement with children and nursery management. What We’re Looking For Level 3 Early Years 9 (or above) Proven experience in a senior or managerial role within a nursery setting. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A genuine passion for creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children. Ability to lead, inspire and support a diverse team. Ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and education across all rooms. Overseeing compliance with Ofsted, EYFS and health & safety regulations. Assisting with parent tours, enrolments, and building positive family relationships. Managing staff rotas, training, and performance development.
