Are you a dedicated leader who s passionate about transforming young lives? We re looking for an experienced Children s Home Manager to lead our 1-bed home in Liverpool, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is a unique opportunity to oversee a specialist, small-scale service, where your leadership will directly shape the home, inspire your team, and create positive, lasting outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver exceptional care
* Ensure the home exceeds Ofsted standards and expectations
* Provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children can thrive
* Take overall responsibility for safeguarding and personalised care planning
* Build meaningful partnerships with families, professionals, and the community
* Foster a positive team culture where staff feel supported and valued
About You
* NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
* Previous experience as a Manager or Deputy in a children s residential setting
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and Ofsted regulations
* Excellent communicator and natural leader with a child-centred approach
* Resilient, driven, and committed to improving young people s lives
