Ready to take your account management skills to the next level? Join our brilliant Business Development team at Card Factory. This hybrid role is based 2–3 days a week at our Wakefield office, conveniently located just off Junction 41.
Responsibilities
You’ll lead a small team and manage a portfolio of wholesale, franchise, and consignment accounts across the UK and internationally. Own the commercial strategy and P&L for your accounts, making smart decisions that drive growth for both Card Factory and our partners. Work closely with internal teams and external retail partners to analyse performance, identify opportunities, and expand our product ranges. From joint business planning to quarterly reviews, be the expert on your accounts—always looking for ways to improve, innovate, and deliver results.
Qualifications
* Experience in retail account management
* Strong analytical skills and P&L ownership
* Great negotiation and influencing skills
* A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach
* Ideally, some knowledge of greetings cards or gifting (but not essential!)
