Responsibilities
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join our EducationOperations team, providing a professional and proactive administrative service within thePlacements Administration team.The post holder will play a key role in supporting the coordination of student placements, actingas a first point of contact for students, academic staff, and external placement providers. Thisrole is essential to ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with professionalrequirements, and delivering an excellent student experience.We would like to hear from candidates who have experience in administrative roles withinHigher Education or similar busy office environments, who are confident in managing variedenquiries and deadlines, and who are keen to develop their skills in a University setting.

Key attributes of the successful applicant include: − Experience in administrative roles, ideally within Higher Education or a comparable setting − Understanding of placement processes, including liaising with external partners and supporting compliance requirements − Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling data and documentation − Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment − Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to supporting students and stakeholders − Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance− Proficiency in using IT systems and databases, with confidence in producing reports and maintaining accurate records − Proactive and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team to solve problems and improve processes
