We specialize in evidence-based psychological therapies and are seeking a qualified High Intensity CBT Therapist to lead our CBT and EMDR team. Experience in EMDR is a plus!

Main Responsibilities
As a High Intensity Team Leader, you will:
* Manage your own caseload while supervising therapists and trainees.
* Provide leadership in high-intensity service delivery.
* Mentor and support the development and wellbeing of your team.
* Manage waiting lists, group sessions, and one-on-one capacities.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced, qualified High Intensity Therapist ready to step into a leadership role. You should possess:
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to work collaboratively to support staff wellbeing and manage waiting lists.
* A special interest in cultural diversity, long-term conditions, and various client demographics.
A qualification in the IAPT Supervision Course is required.
