We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Adviser to join our well-established, in-house team. This is a pivotal role providing comprehensive occupational health support across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the full scope of Occupational Health services, including:
* Case management
* Pre-employment assessments
Provide leadership and support to the OH team through:
* Guidance and supervision
* Training and professional development
* Assisting in maintaining SEQOHS accreditation standards
* Raising awareness of Occupational Health across the organisation
About You
This role would suit:
* An experienced Senior OH Nurse Adviser seeking a new challenge, or
* An experienced Occupational Health Adviser ready to take the next step in their career
You must have:
* A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health
* Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council as a Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health Nursing (Part 3 of the NMC Register)
* At least three years of relevant experience
