Care Assistant
Location: The Springs Care Home, 27 Spring Lane, Malvern, WR14 1AL.
Salary: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour, dependent on experience.
Contract: Permanent, 44 hours per week.
Shift: 8am – 8pm, alternating weekends.
We are looking for motivated, positive individuals with great interpersonal skills. You may have experience or be new to the sector; training and support will be provided, including for our digital care platform.
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with high‑standard clinical, social and emotional care, recognising and meeting individual needs.
* Support residents with a wide range of requirements, from companionship to personal care.
* Work as part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
* Communicate with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
