Role Overview – Property Manager As a Property Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction are handled efficiently and professionally. This is a varied and fast-paced role that requires excellent organisation, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards. Property Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Liaising with contractors on maintenance issues and instructing works to be carried out Organising certification to ensure compliance across the portfolio Conducting regular property visits Carrying out property inventories, check-outs, and inspections Processing deposits Occasionally supporting the wider company where necessary Property Manager Essential Skills and Experience: Highly organised Excellent communicator Strong administrative/IT skills A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential Property Manager Package: Starting salary of £30,000 - £32,000 22 days holiday Plus bank holidays Company events/socials Early finish on Fridays ARLA Funding Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm (5pm finish Friday) If this Property Manager role sounds of interest, we look forward to hearing from you!
