Our client is a long established USA global travel operator with their European HQ based in Central London.
We are seeking a UK & Ireland Hotel & Transport Contracts Manager to manage their portfolio of hotels and coaches. Working with long term partners such as Accor, Marriott, Leonardo Hotels as well as independent hotels, you will negotiate all their groups accommodations needs throughout the UK and Ireland.
As UK & Ireland Hotel & Transport Contracts Manager you must have at least 3 years experience working for a tour operator contracting hotels and coach transport services. If you have Operations experience with a tour operator that would be an advantage so you understand the issues your colleagues have. During the Winter you will be office based, May & August you can be home based, and the rest of the year office based in Central London. As part of your role you will attend all the trade shows such as WTM, attend fam trips and hotel networking events, events run by trade bodies like ETOA and Visit Britain and independent trips to visitor existing partners plus develop new hotel contracts.
