Project Delivery Manager (Civil)
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000
Location: Doncaster, Yorkshire (Will require travel and occasional overnight stays)
Hours: Full Time, Permanent 08.00 – 17.00 | Flexibility required across working hours and days

A rapidly growing national environmental services organisation is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead, develop, and drive its civils operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering a diverse civils programme of works across the UK. Key Responsibilities
7. Plan, coordinate, and deliver civil projects witihn the commercial, construction and water treatment indsutries across the UK
8. Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring defined scopes, accurate programmes of work, and full QSHE compliance
9. Scope, estimate, and quote civils works with accuracy and timely turnaround
10. Monitor project progress, financial performance, and labour utilisation, taking corrective action where required
11. Attend sites to review proposals, RAMS, layouts, and ensure contractual requirements can be met
12. Manage all aspects of the colleague lifecycle including recruitment, training, performance, payroll, holidays, and scheduling
13. Support senior leadership in driving QSHE compliance and operational excellence
14. Manage accident/incident reporting, investigations, and implementation of learnings
15. Review and assess RAMS to ensure they remain fit for purpose

Essential Skills & Experience
23. IOSH or CITB SMSTS (5‑Day) and valid CSCS card
24. 5–10 years’ experience in civils/drainage planning and management within the water or civils sector
25. Proven experience as a Civils Construction Manager or Contracts Manager
26. Strong technical knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and CDM Regulations
27. Experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing performance
28. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
29. Valid UK driving licence
