The Job:
We are seeking a Legal Administrator to join the Real Estate Team based in central Glasgow. The role involves working in a large, busy team with responsibilities including:
* Filing correspondence and premises licenses.
* Logging license details into a case management system.
* Closing files via case management and financial systems.
* Photocopying, certifying, and mailing licenses to clients.
* Scanning and saving licenses and permits to the system.
* Preparing and submitting licensing applications.
* Supporting the licensing team with administration.
* Maintaining data on spreadsheets and client extranets.
* Assisting with financial administration, including invoicing and online payments.
* Supporting project administration.
The Person:
Ideal candidates will have legal administration experience, preferably with:
* Council/local authority licensing experience
* Real estate law experience, working with landlords and tenants
* Deeds administration
