IT Recruitment Consultant Hybrid - Birmingham City CentreSalary dependent on experience
Network IT are looking to expand their contract team with a 360 IT Contract Recruitment Consultant who is experienced at managing the entire recruitment process from acquiring clients to placing candidates. The role allows you to plan your own day/week with business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, and recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
* Identify and approach potential clients to win new business
* Pitch recruitment services and solutions tailored to client needs
* Negotiate terms of business and fees
Client Relationship Management
* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
* Understand client hiring needs and business objectives
* Act as a trusted advisor on market trends and talent strategies
Candidate Sourcing & Attraction
* Write and advertise job vacancies across various platforms
* Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
* Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability
Recruitment Process Management
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, client submissions, feedback, offers, and onboarding
* Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
* Provide interview coaching and support to candidates
