About the Role Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate day-to-day business operations across assembly, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, and customer order fulfilment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, and supporting business growth within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations across assembly, warehouse, logistics, and dispatch functions Coordinate inventory control, purchasing activities, and supply chain processes Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Lead, support, and motivate operational teams to maintain productivity and efficiency Maintain high standards of health & safety and operational compliance Work closely with sales, purchasing, customer service, and senior leadership teams Support workflow planning and resource allocation to meet business demands Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities Experience within warehouse, logistics, assembly, manufacturing, or supply chain operations Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple operational priorities within a fast-paced environment Experience using ERP, MRP, or stock management systems would be advantageous Strong understanding of operational processes and continuous improvement practices Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on manager with a strong operational background and the ability to lead teams effectively.
