The Retail Outlets Crew are responsible for ensuring our customers have a pleasant and enjoyable visit with 5-star customer service. You will be responsible to greeting our guests in our outlets, assisting guests, and serving them at the tills. As well as always ensuring we have excellent standards, and all items are fully stocked. Main Duties and Responsibilities Setting up the Retail Outlets in preparation for opening on a daily basis. Replenishing and restocking product display areas. Warmly welcoming customers into the Retail Outlets. Dealing with customer queries / requests and advising your supervisor or manager of any concerns or issues. Delivering exceptional, efficient and professional service in a warm and attentive manner that is synonymous with Titanic Belfasts 5-star standards. Maximising average transaction value per customer through customer engagement. Informing yourself of current promotions and pro-actively engaging with and upselling to customers. Ensure your product knowledge is relevant and up to date. Engage and interact with customers to determine their needs and recommend product / produce based on their requirements. Taking payments and operating a till in line with SOPs. Undertaking Barista Duties. Ensure food and beverages are served in a timely manner and in accordance with food safety policies. Low level cleaning and tidying of front of house areas throughout your shift. Ensure adherence to company and regulatory food safety policies. Flexibility across various departments and duties to support the team and business requirements. Full compliance with all Titanic Belfast Policies and Procedures including Health and Safety, GDPR, and Food Hygiene. Proactive and positive approach to embracing organisational Health and Safety culture. Ensure adherence to and compliance with all GDPR / Data Protection related policies and procedures. Undertake your duties in such a way as to enhance and protect the reputation and public profile of Titanic Belfast. Other duties as delegated from time to time by the Retail Outlets Manager or any other person designated in their absence.
