We are working with a rapidly growing software company that is looking to appoint a Chief People Officer to lead its people strategy through the next stage of growth.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution. The company is scaling quickly, and the Chief People Officer will play a key role in building the organisational structure, leadership capability, culture, and talent infrastructure needed to support continued expansion.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from a high-growth technology or software environment and will be comfortable operating as a trusted partner to the CEO, executive team, and wider leadership group.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing a people strategy aligned with the company’s commercial objectives and growth plans.
* Partnering closely with the CEO and executive team on organisational design, leadership effectiveness, succession planning, and workforce planning.
* Building scalable HR processes, systems, and policies across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, learning and development, employee engagement, and retention.
* Leading and developing the HR and talent teams, ensuring they are equipped to support a fast-moving software business.
Requirements:
* Significant HR leadership experience in a scaling technology or software company.
* A strong track record of supporting companies through rapid growth, organisational change, or international expansion.
* Strong understanding of organisational design, talent strategy, leadership development, compensation, performance management, and employee engagement.
