We’re working with a leading global manufacturer who are looking to appoint an experienced Plant Manager to lead their South Yorkshire site
This is a senior role with full accountability for safety, people, performance and delivery across a multi-facility manufacturing operation.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead site operations with a strong safety first culture
* Deliver production, quality and customer service targets
* Develop and coach a multi-disciplinary management team
* Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
* Own site budgets, forecasts and capital projects
* Ensure full compliance across H&S, environmental and legal standards
What we’re looking for:
* Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally high volume
* Plant Management experience, or a senior Production/Operations Leader with leadership of a large site, multiple direct reports over multiple disciplines
* Strong people leadership and engagement skills
* Solid understanding of lean, CI and plant reliability
* Comfortable with financial accountability and data-led decision making
