We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence across the South West.
This is a field-based role focused on winning new business, developing key accounts, and delivering high-value industrial service solutions across sectors including utilities, manufacturing, and energy.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving new business acquisition across target sectors, building a strong and sustainable pipeline
* Growing and developing existing client accounts to maximise revenue and margin
* Creating and executing regional sales plans aligned to business growth objectives
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for additional services
* Collaborating with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new commercial opportunities
* Managing your pipeline and performance through regular reporting and forecasting
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in B2B sales / business development
* Strong commercial mindset and relationship skills
* Experience in waste, industrial services or similar sectors (ideal)
* Self-starter, target-driven, and results-focused
