We re on the lookout for a Recruitment Service Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. This role offers a brilliant mix of client engagement, candidate management, and service delivery.
What you ll be doing:
* Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
* Taking detailed job briefs and understanding client hiring needs
* Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to attract talent
* Conducting interviews, registrations, and compliance checks
* Matching candidates to the right opportunities temporary and permanent
* Keeping our CRM system accurate and up to date
* Supporting with admin tasks: timesheets, holidays, P45s, etc.
* Attending client meetings both in-person and via Teams
What we re looking for:
* Previous admin, customer service, or coordination experience
* Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
* Great organisation and time management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* A self-starter who s proactive, tenacious, and goal-oriented
