BUSINESS OVERVIEW: Tatti Lashes are a global brand in the eyelash sector who sell their products to over 100 countries worldwide. Tatti Lashes boast over 2m customers online and their products can also be purchased in reputable retailers including Superdrug (850 stores) and Asos.
JOB OVERVIEW: Oversee day to day management of our paid Social Media campaigns across Meta and TikTok, reporting on campaign performance, updating creative and monitoring competitor and industry trends.
REPORTS TO: Performance Marketing Manager
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:
* Set up and monitor new campaigns across TikTok and Meta, supporting with A/B testing and strategizing on how to further push growth and return on paid social platforms
* Support the organic social team with boosting content across Instagram, TikTok and TikTok Lives, helping to drive strategy in content
* Work alongside the creative team to ensure campaign assets are all up to date and in line with the brand image across all performance marketing areas
* Review competitor activity and propose new ideas for growth across paid media platforms
* Work alongside the wider marketing team to ensure all content is repurposed - with a large focus on influencer and affiliate spark ads
* Keeping our customer targeting and audience lists up to date and organized across Klaviyo and working with the graphic designer on email campaign ideas and campaign calendar planning
* Get involved with new projects such as loyalty scheme roll outs and wider marketing campaigns, having input into content and strategy
* Supporting the team with affiliate activity across impact and Awin, approving and signing on new creators and monitoring overall performance of the channel
MUST HAVE:
* 1-2 years experience working in a paid social media role
* A passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to working across new platforms
* Experience working closely and collaborating with all areas within a marketing team
* A proactive and analytical mindset, looking for new ways to optimise and improve campaigns and content
