Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial team at our newly established clinic in Turnham Green, London.
Role & Responsibilities
* Manage a team of therapists, coordinating treatments and ensuring seamless client journeys.
* Take full charge of clinic operations, administration, compliance, and service quality.
* Drive revenue growth by overseeing services, packages, and client engagement.
* Support the development and integration of therapy options, lifestyle programmes, and health screening.
* Lead day-to-day operations to maintain a high standard of care and client satisfaction.
Requirements
* A degree or professional qualification in healthcare, health sciences, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or related disciplines.
* Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a clinic, healthcare, or wellness setting.
* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Relevant affiliations or memberships in professional healthcare/therapy bodies (preferred).
* Energetic, proactive, and eager to contribute to an innovative healthcare model.
