Role Description
Based across Buckinghamshire - Princes Risborough/Aylesbury and High Wycombe
Part Time (20 hours per week)
Salary FTE £27,000 - £36,500
Pro rata 20 hours £16,000 - £19,500
We are seeking a creative, motivated and organised Communication and Engagement Coordinator to lead our internal and external communications. You will play a key role in shaping FedBucks’ voice across digital platforms, media and stakeholder channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on storytelling, digital engagement and making complex information accessible and impactful.
This role will suit someone with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. They must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task on a variety of responsibilities.
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline is essential to the role.

Qualifications and experience
Essential
A minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths A-C Grade) or NVQ level 2, A levels or NVQ level 3.
Evidence of continuing professional development
Desirable
Degree-level qualification in one of the following (or equivalent experience):
Communications, Public Relations (PR), Journalism, Marketing, Media / Digital Media, or English
Experience
* Experience delivering internal and external communications in a professional setting, ideally within healthcare, public sector, or not-for-profit environments.
* A track record of producing high-quality written content across multiple formats, including newsletters, websites, reports, and social media.
* Hands-on experience managing organisational social media accounts (e.g., X/Twitter, LinkedIn), with a clear understanding of audience engagement and tone of voice.
* Experience coordinating events or engagement activities, including stakeholder briefings, training sessions, or staff updates.
* Familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., Mailchimp, WordPress, Canva, Hootsuite).
* Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, leaders, clinicians, administrative staff, and external partners.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with tight deadlines.
