Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a flagship container-style food hall operation, alongside operational support across multiple hospitality sites within a growing London-based estate.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing hospitality business operating innovative multi-brand food concepts in high-profile locations. The role is focused on a permanent, high-volume trading environment with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, people leadership, commercial performance, and stakeholder management.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a flagship hospitality complex while also supporting operations across additional restaurant, pop-up, and venue-based locations. This role requires a commercially driven operator who is equally comfortable leading busy services, developing teams, and building strong relationships with landlords, clients, and external stakeholders.
Backed by significant investment, the business has experienced substantial year-on-year growth and continues to expand rapidly across the UK hospitality market.
The Role
• Based primarily at a flagship multi-brand hospitality destination
• Operational oversight of a permanent container-style food hall concept
• Additional responsibility for supporting multiple hospitality locations across London
• Oversight of a venue-based operation within a major sporting and entertainment destination
• High-volume, fast-paced operational environment
• Significant focus on stakeholder and client relationship management
• Ideal for an experienced hospitality operator who thrives in dynamic, multi-site environments
Working Pattern
This role will involve a flexible hospitality schedule aligned to trading demands, including evenings and weekends where required.

Key Responsibilities
• Leading operations across a high-volume, multi-brand hospitality complex
• Supporting operational standards across multiple London locations
• Taking full accountability for operational and commercial performance
• Using BI and reporting tools to understand performance and maximise trading opportunities
• Managing recruitment, onboarding, and development of management teams
• Driving consistency, service standards, and guest experience across all sites
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
• Managing supplier relationships, logistics, and site operations
• Supporting the implementation of systems, SOPs, and scalable operational processes
• Producing operational and commercial reporting
• Leading from the front in a highly hands-on operational environment
